Feeling Fed and Nutured as a Leader

You may have begun to realize that you don’t have enough moments that feed and nurture your spirit – or at least not as many as you’d like.

What does that have to do with leadership?

A lot actually.

We live in a culture where you’re encouraged from childhood to put others ahead of you. To never be ‘selfish.’

That creates disconnection from ourselves. We become somewhat deadened.

Somewhat deadened becomes a way of life.

Rather than increasing your lifeforce, you’re diminishing it.

When you make choices that don’t move you toward wholeness, you’re fracturing more.

I can’t tell you how many people I’ve watched choose unconsciousness. The result is always the same: a maintaining of crisis. The same patterns playing out.

It happens on the personal level, but also on the organizational.

That’s why it’s so important for leaders. For those who want to empower themselves and others and have more impact.

To empower others – and your organization – to step out of group thinking and belief patterns, you, as a leader, must do so first.
