Rock balancing – who’d a thunk?!?
Just shows there are many paths to getting to ‘in the zone’ or the benefits of meditation states. Of stretching the possible.
I love the part where she talks about how to do it. She says that the movements are so miniscule that you have to ‘feel’ into it. And that her thoughts are silent while she’s engaged in balancing rocks.
But this is my favorite part:
“It’s proof that there’s so much more in this life than we could ever imagine.
If some people think that this is impossible, imagine then how many more things there in life that we still think is impossible just because we never really tried it.
Just because we already put the frames on what is possible and not.”
